The GPS Settings Lock PIN is reset by entering the 5 digit PUK code. The PUK code is generated from the handset's IMEI.To obtain a new GPS PIN you need to open a ticket to GEOBORDERS customer care indicationg the IMEI of your phone.

The GPS Settings Lock PIN is reset by entering the 5 digit PUK code. The PUK code is generated from the handset's IMEI.
How to Use: 1. Obtain the handset's IMEI.
This can be found on the handset by removing the battery, or from the Phone Information screen.
To view the Phone Information screen, scroll to Setup from the Main Menu. Press the left soft key , scroll down until Phone Information is highlighted. Press the left soft key to view the phone's IMEI.
2. Open a ticket to Geoborders customer care writing the handset's 15 digit IMEI and wait that Geoborders generate a new PUK for you.
3. Enter the PUK on the handset.
From the Main Screen enter **053* and press the green key.
Enter the 5 digit PUK including any leading zeros.
Change the GPS Settings PIN to a new value.
