You will need to use a Windows PC with the USB data cable provided with the handset. ***** Important announcement regarding Iridium 9555 firmware version HT09014 ***** Users with an Iridium 9555 can now update their phone to firmware version HT10001. This version resolves the issue with voice rerouting on the Iridium 9555, caused by HT09014 when using in a ASE 9555 Docking Station along with other minor fixes. If you have a 9555 and an ASE 9555 Docking station please upgrade your phone to HT10001. You can download the new firmware from this site, please see below.
